Angle manufacturing process:
Angles are normally rolled. It means that these angles
are being manufactured by hot rolling. Since these is mass scale production
job rolled angles are normally manufactured in general metal like
carbon steel or even highly demanded or fair demanded metals like
Stainless Steel.
But since these angles are job specific and we have
to use the grade which is necessary we have to manage angles in all
metals like Duplex Steel, Monel, Inconel, Hastelloy etc. We can not
get these kind of alloys in angle form ready made we have to get it
manufactured and since the quantity is also very less so we can not
go with the process of hot rolling. In this case we have to use pressed
angles. These angles are perfect 90 degree but age of these angles
are not at all as sharp as what of rolled stainless angles and carbon
steel angles.
Here we would also like to mention that angles are
demanded in either equal or non equal size.
