Manufacturing process of stainless steel bright bars :

Exact back stage of stainless bright bars or previous shape of stainless steel bright bars is stainless steel black bars. Stainless steel bright bars can be manufactured with many ways or operations depending on the size and requirement or standard of the same. But whatever may be the process to manufacture theses bars it hase to be pickled very well.

The first process to manufacture stainless steel bright bars is Drawing process. This process is advisable for medium size like from 16 mm diameter to 32 mm diameter. But now a days these sizes are also being manufactured with Scheumage Machine made by Germany. This machine is very economic and produces very good quality but we need Stainless Steel Wire to manufacture throgh this machine and we need a fair good quantity of a single size bright bars. In old days there was a size ristriction or capacity of stainless steel hot rolled wire manuafcturing mill was up to 20 mm only but now a days these mills have upgraded there capacity and now upto 32 mm ss wire is avaialble in India.

Second process is peeling process to manufacture stainless steel bright bars, rather this should be called stainless steel shafts. there is no need to make pikling or pointing to black bars but these bars must be very straight otherwise it won't give either desired quality or it may even harm machine.
